THAT SAID....
Choice Movie: George Orwell's, 1984. That movie was way insane. I haven't yet read the book, but I should. The movie was v. v. wierd and extreme, but it is basically about where our nation could lead. Beware the day when ur televisions are installed with wires that let people see into ur house!
The dance was not what I'd call a good time. It was okay, I mean, it filled up two hours of otherwise nothingness on my schedule, but it wasn't great. It was basically the same as every other dance, ie. people dancing that can't dance (including me)and shouldn't be, people that can dance but still shouldn't be, other people just sitting about looking at the dancing peeps, and the teachers eerily staring directly at you.
I suppose some fun was to be had in dancing w/Zach T., Austin M., Missy, Rachel, and some other person whose name I've never known. Zach was hilarious in that he can not dance at all, but he does anyway, and it is funny as hell. Except when I'm behind him, b/c my face is about level w/his butt, and the back end of a pelvic thrust is not the greatest place to be.
Anyway, that's about it for the dance. I had more fun getting dressed for the dance than I did at the actual dance. For homecoming, I am so just wearing jeans and a T.

I've read the book, it's pretty cool. It's weird because the book is about the perils of communism, but Orwell was a marxist himself.
Where'd you get ahold of the movie, by the way?

my dad had a copy of it and forced me to watch it. I ended up liking it. As Peter mentioned today, 2+2=5.
the other person was chris kohlhaas, he also sits next to you in general psychology.
