LIKE A HEART

Red like my heart
Or is my heart really red?
Is it blue like the veins just under my skin?
The clor is deep
A crimson hue, like external bleeding
Not the blue of within.
The petals have a merciless beauty
Soft, but so striking in color
How could something so beautiful make me cry?
Tears are clear, they just wipe away
And you'd never even know they were there
You'd never even care.
A rose is like a heart
It's crimson hue, it's elegant protection,
Subtle deception,
But so easily plucked in the light of day.
So easily thrown away.

Yay, I once again have pretty hair. Cassie, Sarah, Erica, and I went to Ft.D to shop and such, but all I gotteded was some hair dye and a folder and a book. I like books. Now I need to do laundry and hmwk. Yes, it is 12:30 at night, I think it's alright for me to be getting to it now.

ps. I am now slightly pissy at Blogger as I've already posted this post, but it didn't post, so I had to re-write it entirely.

pss. My wrist hurts. I foresee carpal tunnel syndrome. I gotta stop whacking off at the computer.
