ROADTRIP

CHOICE MOVIE: Fight Club. Edward Norton (my favorite actor) beating the hell out of himself, Brad Pitt (my favorite sex symbol). If that didn't make any sense to you...watch the movie and it will.

This weekend, the Wright sisters and I traversed 4 hours to north-east Iowa to visit their grandparents. I was there for moral support...which means, so that Cassie and Sarah did not kill each other. It was actually kinda fun, aside from the odd awkward moment that is only bound to come from being at someone elses' holiday event. Heck, I usu. feel awkward at my own family events. In any case, both sets of her grandparents were v. sweet if quirky in their own ways. The one grandmother was v. v. suzy homemaker...which was nice b/c, hey, food. The other was slightly bossy...but also, hey, food. I think I've gained 5 lbs this weekend, but it's all good. It's holiday gain.
